Automod

Automod scans every message and reacts instantly. Each filter is switched on individually and has its own punishment — delete the message, warn the member, or apply a timeout of your chosen length.

Filters

  • Anti-Spam — repeated or rapid-fire messages.
  • Anti-Invite — Discord invite links from non-moderators.
  • Anti-Link — links, with a whitelist for domains you allow.
  • Banned Words — your custom word lists, with import/export and preset lists.
  • Caps — messages that are mostly capital letters.
  • Mention Spam — mass @mentions.
  • Zalgo — corrupted "glitch" text.
  • Repeated Characters — keyboard-mash flooding.

Per-filter punishments

Open the gear icon on any filter row to choose what happens when it triggers, including timeout duration. Different filters can have different severities — for example, delete caps messages but time out invite spammers for 10 minutes.

Tips

  • Start with Anti-Spam, Anti-Invite and Mention Spam — the three most common attacks.
  • Point the Action Log at a private channel so moderators can audit every automod action.
  • Premium unlocks advanced rules and Anti-Raid, which detects join floods and locks the server down.
